Nexus Development is an independent real estate and project development company based in Düsseldorf. Our focus is on the development and realization of high-quality residential, office and commercial properties in urban locations.

As long-term oriented project developers, we create spaces with architectural quality, clear utilization concepts and real added value – for cities, users and investors alike. We are currently developing around 100,000 m² of space in Düsseldorf – with a diverse mix of uses including privately financed, rent-controlled and publicly subsidized residential space, office space, hotels and boarding houses, medical infrastructure, retail and restaurants.
